The VOM-2xx0 can record at 4 to 6 fps per camera irrespective of camera synchronization (it eliminates the need for camera synchronisation at installation). Each composite video input utilises 75 Ohm BNC* connectors. The option exists to activate or deactivate the 75-Ohm terminations by means of the four-pole dipswitch (SW1). BNCs for the VOM-2100/2110 are situated on the connector unit (BNC-1500/1500D, VMX-1000/1100/1200/1000D/1100D/1200D).

NOTE: VOM-2010/2110 cards supersede 2000/2100 cards from July 2006. They require DSS release 5041a1 software or later.

The VOM-2xx0 is compatible with the AOM-1000 Audio Module, which piggybacks directly onto the card.

Inclusion of the anti-vibration bracket ensures that the cards seat correctly and minimises any movement.

As many as five AVM-4004 cards can be fitted into a PRO-6000 processor platform, providing 20 channels of full-motion NTSC or PAL video that is either synchronized with audio, or treats audio as an independent stream.
